Intellaspace Terms & Conditions


ORDERING
Place orders directly with your Intellaspace customer service specialist at 1-866-INTELLA or fax your order to 1-866-468-3551. Intellaspace has extended customer service hours to provide our customers with the best support in the industry. Our customer service team is available from 8:00AM EST until 5:00 PM EST.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Most Intellaspace products can be custom ordered to meet your specific requirements. Please call our customer service specialist to discuss custom tray designs, keyboard platform options and other product configurations.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE ORDERS
Cancellations and change orders must be made within 72 hours prior to shipment for all orders sold with standard delivery terms. Quickship orders may ship without allowable time to allow cancellation or changes. All shipped orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will incur all freight costs associated with cancelled or change orders.

PRICES
List prices shown are suggested retail only and are subject to change without notice. Standard discounts apply to all orders. See your Intellaspace sales representative for information regarding our pricing and discount program. Only your Intellaspace sales representative may authorize discounts other than the standard rate.

TERMS
Terms of sale are net 30 days. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders to cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking. Past due accounts are subject to an 18% annual finance charge, applied monthly.

DELIVERY AND FREIGHT CHARGES
All prices include freight for standard delivery terms within the continental United States. Extra charges for inside delivery may apply. Inside deliveries are billable. Intellaspace reserves the right to select the most economical shipping method and carrier for standard deliveries. Claims against Intellaspace for shortage or errors must be made within 3 days of delivery or the purchaser waives the right to make such a claim. Product shortages must be noted on delivery receipts at the time of delivery and reported to carrier for correction.

Most products, not included in the Quickship program, ship by ground courier within 5 days of order receipt. Customers will pay all freight cost to expedite orders when priority shipment is required.

ORDER FEE
A small order fee of $5.00 applies to all invoiceable orders of $250 net or less, including billable replacement parts, regardless of product category.

**QUICKSHIP** PROGRAM
The most popular products in the Intellaspace offering are available for Quickship. Quickship products will ship on the next business day, within 24 hours of order receipt. Quickship orders ship by ground courier. Customers will pay all freight costs to expedite Quickship orders when priority shipment is required.

RETURN POLICY
All returns, regardless of reason, must have prior authorization. To request a return authorization, call your Intellaspace customer service specialist at 1-866-INTELLA (468-3552). All returns must be contained in the original packaging and be accompanied with a copy of the return authorization, or it will be refused.

WARRANTY
Intellaspace offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all products covering defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not extend to any products that have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse, acts of God or other contingencies beyond the control of Intellaspace, or as the result of service or modification by anyone other than Intellaspace. Intellaspace will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product which is found to be defective product, Intellaspace will refund the product’s purchase price to purchaser. Intellaspace does not cover installation charges.

This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by a carrier, nor any alterations of the product not expressly authorized by Intellaspace and in conformance with product specification and use limitations.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
Recover for breach of any of the terms and conditions of sale shall be limited to direct losses that may not exceed the purchase price of the product. In no event shall Intellaspace be held liable for consequential damages, such as lost profits, or any other consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages.
